PROTECTION & SAFETY PRAYER
“Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, I come before You as humble as I know how. Lord, You are my refuge and my fortress, a very present help in time of trouble. I ask right now Lord God, that You would build a hedge of protection around my family and I. Lord God, protect our schools, cover our travels, and watch over our homes while we slumber and sleep. Cancel every assignment of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. Let no weapon formed against us prosper, and every tongue that rises against us be condemned. Keep us under the shadow of Your wings Lord God, and let Your angels encamp all around us. We thank You in advance for safety, we thank You for covering, and we declare we are protected by the blood of Jesus. Amen.”
GRIEF & COMFORT PRAYER
“Lord, I stretch my hands to Thee, for no other help I know. Father, there are hearts that are heavy today, spirits that are low, and families that are grieving. Lord, I ask that You be the lifter of their heads. Remind them that Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. Wipe every tear from their eyes, O God, and hold them close to Your bosom. Let them feel Your presence in the midnight hour when the pain seems too much to bear. Lord, give them peace that surpasses all understanding and strength for each new day. Help them to remember that weeping may endure for a night, but joy will come in the morning. Father, comfort as only You can, and surround them with love, hope, and the promise of eternal life in Christ Jesus. Amen.”
FOOD & BASIC NEEDS PRAYER
“Most gracious and everlasting Father, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Lord, You see the needs of Your people—those who don’t know where the next meal is coming from, those who are struggling to keep a roof over their heads, those wondering how to provide for their children. Father, we ask that You open up the windows of Heaven and pour out blessings that there will not be room enough to receive. Meet every need, Lord God. Put food on the table, clothes on backs, and shelter over families. Move on the hearts of the church and the community to be Your hands and feet in this world, that no one goes hungry and no one feels forgotten. Continue to remind us that You are the Bread of Life and the Living Water, and in You we shall not lack. Thank You Lord God, for provision, for abundance, and for making a way out of no way. Amen.”
God hears. God moves. God answers.
