Our Mission
Outreach Ministry — Shining Christ’s Love Beyond the Walls
Light of The Ville Outreach Ministry is devoted to prayer, seeking God’s direction and empowerment through the Holy Spirit. We are called to shine the light of Christ in our community and beyond, fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16–20). Guided by the parable of the Great Supper (Luke 14:23), we go into the highways and hedges, compelling all to come, that the Lord’s house may be filled.
As Jesus reminds us in Matthew 5:14–16, we are a city set on a hill—called to let our light shine so others may see and glorify our Father in heaven. We welcome every member of “The Ville” to join us in carrying out the Great Commission—serving through evangelism, outreach, and faith toward our shared mission.

Nursing Home Ministry
Nursing Home Ministry — Sharing Christ’s Love with Our Seniors
Our Nursing Home Ministry serves to uplift spirits and remind each resident they are seen, valued, and loved by God and by their Riceville family. Through worship, companionship, prayer, and encouragement, we bring the love and comfort of Christ to seniors in local nursing facilities.

Prayer Minstry
Prayer Ministry — Faithfully Serving, Constantly Praying
Our Prayer Ministry exists to glorify God by interceding on behalf of the Body of Christ, our community, and the world. We lift up the needs and requests of the church family, trusting in God’s power to heal, guide, restore, and strengthen.
We believe that prayer changes lives and builds a strong and victorious church. With hearts devoted to intercession, we are committed to standing in the gap and seeking God’s presence and direction for His people.
Who Can Join:
This ministry is open to members of Riceville who have a heart to pray and serve through intercession.
Gathering Times:
While there is not a set weekly meeting time, members gather as needed to pray, intercede, and seek God’s will together.
