The Riceville Benevolence Ministry seeks to assist those facing financial hardship by extending different avenues of support. For details on available assistance, please visit our “About Us” page under “Resources” and scroll down to “Benevolence.” There, you can review which type of support may be most beneficial to your needs. Rent and Utility Assistance: Applications are accepted only on the Monday of the second week of each month, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Applications submitted before or after this window will not be considered. We encourage applicants to prepare in advance to ensure their request is received during the designated time. For additional questions please call 713-778-0992 anytime after 4:00 p.m. and leave a message for the Benevolence Ministry by pressing 6 when indicated. Due to high call volume, calls will be returned in the order they are received.
